Manage territory resources/budget Supporting Actions: *Identify and act upon opportunities to retrieve and re-use excess product samples *Qualify sampling needs in advance to avoid excess in shipping costs, and units *Review sales and sampling reports *Utilize T&E resources effectively *Engage business partners in opportunities to promote sales Standards: *Maintain adequate car/home stock of products to promote all sales opportunities *Review sampling reports regularly, but at least quarterly, to maintain a sampling to sales ratio of 1 to 45 and less than 30% rushed sampling *Manage T&E budget regularly by reviewing at least quarterly 5.
